ORGANIZE YOURSELF INTERNALLY - FR GABRIEL TELLS SEMINARIANS.

This was the admonition given to the seminarians of St Albert the Great Major Seminary by the Spiritual Director Rev Fr. Gabriel Anekwe, during the customary monthly recollection held from 3rd -5th November, 2018. He spoke extensively on leadership explaining that leadership is a capacity to influence a group towards the achievement of set goals. He explained that true leadership should be patterned after the example of Christ who was able to achieve his set goals because he was organized internally. Hence, internal organization denotes setting goals and developing the right attitude towards achieving them. In conclusion, he remarked that the authentic of leadership is by example; a leader must be able to lead himself first by setting goals daily and striving to meet them before he can lead others to realize their own goals. For this internal organization is indispensable.
