SERRA CLUB DONATES LAWN MOWERS AND GRASS TRIMMER TO THE SEMINARY

Members of Serra Club of Maryland, Lagos Archdiocese, on 24th June, 2023 visited and donated lawnmowers and grass trimmers to the Seminary to support the efforts of the Seminarians in keeping the Seminary environment tidy. The decision was made during an earlier visit of the Club to the grotto site, a project the Club had agreed to execute in the seminary. Seeing that the overgrown pathway to the site of about two kilometers was cleared, and upon enquiry it was made known that the Seminarians did the job manually. This made the Club to purchase lawnmowers and grass trimmers to appreciate the hard work done by the Seminarians.
The Rector. Very Rev. Fr. Anselm Ekhelar, in his words of appreciation while receiving the lawn mowers and grass trimmers promised that they would be put to good use in the best interests of the Seminary and the donors.
